Shipping policy

Please note that each item requires a specific warehouse processing time before it can be shipped. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. 

Transit time begins once your order has been processed and shipped. 

The Expedited Parcel estimate applies after your order has shipped, not from the time the order was placed. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

PRESALE DISCLOSURE:

Please note that presale items will ship within 3-5 weeks. If your order includes both presale and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the presale item is ready. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
