Q: How long does it take to process an order?

A: Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to five to ten business days.

Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility. The processing time may be different for each item. Transit time begins once the order has been completed, processed, and shipped from our facility. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Expedited Parcel rate is the time Canada Post has estimated it
will take to deliver your package once your order has been shipped, not from the time you placed your order.

Once your order has been shipped, the expedited timeline is in place.

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Q: Can I buy a blank jersey and get a name and number put on later?

We will be offering name and number pressing onto existing jerseys at select
home games throughout the year. These games will be announced on our social
medias and newsletter ahead of time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Canada. We hope to expand shipping
internationally eventually. 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Q: What if my shipment is lost?

We are not liable for shipments lost in transit. If you believe your
shipment has been lost, please reach out to us with your shipping information and we will confirm next steps.
