Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This is usually done automatically, but in rare cases, it may take up to 5-10 business days.
Each item requires a specific warehouse processing time before it can be shipped. This processing time varies by item.
Please note that transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery timeframes are based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel estimate applies after your order has shipped, not from the time the order was placed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Q: Can I buy a blank jersey and get a name and number put on later?
A: Yes! We'll be offering name and number customization on existing jerseys at select home games throughout the year. These customization events will be announced in advance on our social media channels and through our newsletter.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: All items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Q: What if my shipment is lost?
A: We are not liable for shipments lost in transit. If you believe your shipment has been lost, please reach out to us with your shipping information and we will confirm next steps.
