All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Note, we are closed on all major Canadian holidays.
LOST SHIPMENTS
We are not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team by filling in the above form and we will attempt to locate your package.

RETURNS
You can initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note that a return postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
